Thank you for your interest in Gateway Academy. Each of the following Items are needed in order to complete you child’s application.

1. APPLICATION FORM WITH PARENT QUESTIONNAIRE

2. TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORM

3. STUDENT RECORD RELEASE

4. RECENT EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OR PSYCHOLOGIACAL TESTING

Please submit copies of reports for any testing completed within the last 2 years. At a minimum, testing must include an IQ test and achievement tests for both reading and math. We can assist with this testing if your records are not up to date.

5. APPLICATION FEE

A one time $250 application fee must be received with all applications and is non-refundable, regardless of the admission decision. This fee is not cashed until the date of your child’s interview for an existing opening. Therefore, if no opening exists, and we do not interview your child, your check will not be cashed.

Technology Fees $2500 (one time fee for first year of attendance)
