Mr. Adam’s role is to support young adults on their journey to becoming more independent by assisting them with the adjustment to becoming self-reliant individuals.  

He graduated from the University of Houston in 2002 and began his teaching career. In 2007, he switched focus to work in sales.  However, after a couple of years, he missed teaching and decided to get his teacher's certificate.  Once completed, he began teaching a variety of ages and realized he truly wanted to work with a post high school population to help with their independence.  

In 2020, he started working at Advance and decided to get his master's in educational leadership.  He is currently pursuing this and plans to complete his degree by October.  Outside of Advance, Justin spends his free time tutoring students, watching sports, and spending time with friends.
